HELOFITE
Beauveria bassiana based Bio-pesticide
It is a is a liquid bio-formulation containing the fungal bio-agent Beauveria bassiana, to control Tea mosquitoe bug(Helopelthis) This entomopathogenic fungi grows naturally in soils throughout the world and acts as a parasite on various arthropod species, causing white muscardine disease.It is beneficial fungus having the ability to kill a broad spectrum of insecticides including sucking insects, beetles and caterpillars. Spores of beauveria attached to insect cuticle and kills them by penetrating and consuming it. Beauveria spores can survive in soil, organic matter and debris of dead infected insect and can infect another insect by secondary infection.

Mode of action
Entomopathogenic fungal spores in Beauveria stick to insect body, germinate on an insect, penetrate in the cuticle and kills insects.
Method of Use & Dose
Drenching (Fertigation/ Drip irrigation): Mix 5 ml Helofite in 1 litre of water and drench in the root zone.
(2-3 lit/acre by drip irrigation system)
With compost : Mix 3 lit Helofite in compost and spread over a one-acre area.
Seed Treatment : Use 25-50 ml Helofite to coat 1 kg seed
Foliar Spray : 2-3 ml Helofite in 1 litre water and spray on plant.
Precautions
Avoid using under direct sunlight.
Avoid using alkaline or acidic pH products.
Do not use in combination with chemical pesticides and fertilizer
